For over 20 years, Simon has counselled individuals, couples, and families and helped them work on a range of therapeutic goals including anxiety, depression, anger management, relationship issues, parenting strategies, and coping with separation and divorce.
He has a Masters of Arts degree in Counseling Psychology from the Alfred Adler Institute of Chicago, and an Honours B.A. in psychology from York University in Toronto.
Simon is a member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and a certified member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Practitioners (OAMHP).
He graduated from the Adler School of Professional Coaching in Toronto, and is an Adler Certified Professional Coach (ACPC). He is also a member of the International Coaching Federation. In addition to individual coaching clients, Simon works as a Team Coach with the Cornell University Executive MBA Americas program.
Simon sat on the board of directors for the Headwaters Health Care Centre in Orangeville, and he was previously a vice president and board director of the Ontario Association of Consultants, Counsellors, Psychometrists and Psychotherapists, and a board director for the Dufferin Child and Family Services.
